FH USU Public Relations: A student of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), has once again received educational support through the Regional I Scholarship (RIS) program organized by PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (PTPN IV) Regional I. The scholarship handover ceremony was held on Wednesday, 4 February 2026, at the Sawit Hall, PTPN IV Regional I Office.
The event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Law USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, S.H., M.Hum, along with the Region Head of PTPN IV Regional I, Rurianto, and other related officials. This scholarship program is part of PTPN IV Regional I’s commitment to supporting the improvement of human resource quality through education.
The awarding of the PTPN IV Regional I Scholarship (RIS) represents the company’s social responsibility and tangible contribution to the field of education, particularly for high-achieving students from communities surrounding the company’s operational areas who are pursuing their studies at public universities.
For the 2025/2026 Academic Year, an FH USU student named Lamsinar Nabila Titin Br. Hutapea (Student ID Number: 220200199) was selected as a recipient of the PTPN IV Regional I Scholarship (RIS). This scholarship assistance is expected to provide motivation and financial support to help sustain the student’s studies and academic achievements.
The Dean of FH USU expressed his appreciation and gratitude to PTPN IV Regional I for its continued synergy and concern for the development of higher education, particularly in supporting FH USU students to continue excelling and remaining competitive.
