Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) won 5 award categories and 20 Student Achievement Awards at the USU Award 2024: “University Achievement Award” at the USU Auditorium building. The annual event with the theme “Inspiring with Joint Achievements” is a momentum of appreciation for lecturers, students, and education staff (tendik) who have made their best contributions throughout 2024.
USU Rector, Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si., in his speech, expressed his appreciation to the entire academic community who have contributed to improving the university's reputation at the national and international levels. “This USU Award is a form of appreciation for those who have shown extraordinary dedication. Hopefully, this award will motivate all of us to continue working and giving the best for the university and society,” said Prof. Muryanto.
The award categories achieved by FH USU are the Superior Accreditation Award for the Bachelor of Laws Study Program, the Superior Accreditation Award for the Megister of Kenotariatan, the Second Winner of the Study Program Category with the Best International Cooperation, Best II Main Work Indicator (IKU) 7, Second Place for Most Inbound.
In addition, at the USU Award 2024, FH USU also won the Student Achievement Award for 20 FH USU Student Delegation Teams who won championships in National and International Level Competitions in 2024, which were given to:
