FH USU Public Relations: (September 22, 2026) The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), continues to encourage increased academic productivity through the development of scholarly works and publications in the field of law. One form of this contribution is realized through the publication of books and the registration of copyrights for academic works by FH USU lecturers.
One of the works produced is a book entitled “Teknik Pembuatan Akta Notaris dan PPAT,” written by Dr. Henry Sinaga, S.H., Sp.N., M.Kn. and Rehulina Dwitanti Sitepu, S.H., M.Kn. The book discusses various technical aspects of preparing notarial deeds and Land Deed Officials (PPAT), which are relevant to students, academics, legal practitioners, as well as prospective notaries and Land Deed Officials.
In addition, the work entitled “Dinamika Hukum Agraria Indonesia” has also obtained a Copyright Registration Certificate from the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia.
The copyright registration serves as a form of legal protection for intellectual works while also demonstrating the commitment of the FH USU academic community to producing works that have academic value and contribute to the development of legal science in Indonesia.
The presentation and documentation of these works also served as a moment to strengthen the academic culture within the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara, particularly in encouraging lecturers to continue producing books, research, publications, and other intellectual works.
FH USU is committed to continuing to support the development of scholarly works and academic innovation as part of the contribution of higher education institutions to the development of knowledge and national legal development.
