The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) proudly extends its appreciation to two distinguished alumni who have recently been appointed to strategic positions within the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia.

The faculty congratulates Rinaldi Umar, S.H., M.H. (Class of 1991) on his appointment as Director of Investigation at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (JAMPIDSUS). In this capacity, he will play a pivotal role in strengthening law enforcement, particularly in the investigation of special crimes, including corruption and other serious criminal offenses.

FH USU also congratulates Dr. Harli Siregar, S.H., M.Hum. (Class of 1989), who has been appointed as Head of the Education and Training Agency of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia. This strategic position carries significant responsibility for enhancing the quality and professionalism of prosecutorial personnel through continuous education, training, and capacity-building programs.

These appointments represent a source of pride for the Faculty of Law USU and reflect the quality of its graduates, who continue to demonstrate academic excellence, professional competence, integrity, and dedication in serving the nation. Their achievements are expected to inspire current students and the broader academic community to pursue excellence and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of Indonesia's legal system.
