The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) received a working visit from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta (FH UPN Veteran Jakarta), located in the Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) room of FH USU.
The working visit from FH UPN Veteran Jakarta was received directly by the Dean of FH USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH, M.Hum accompanied by Vice Dean II, Puspa Melati Hasibuan, SH, M.Hum. , Deputy Dean III, Dr. Mohammad Ekaputra, SH, M.Hum, as well as the Head and Secretary of the Study Program in FH USU. Meanwhile, FH UPN Veteran Jakarta was represented directly by the Dean, Dr. Suherman, SH, LLM, and a group consisting of Deputy Dean I, Dr. Beniharmoni Harefa, SH, LLM. , Deputy Dean II, Taupiqqurrahman, SH, M.Kn., Deputy Dean III, Abdul Kholiq, SH, MH., and the Head and Secretary of the Study Program in the Faculty of Law UPN Veteran UNSAM.
During this working visit meeting, activities related to achieving Key Performance Indicators (IKU) and Performance Assessment (PK) are discussed to realize a highly competitive faculty. The Dean of FH USU, with the support of his staff, had the opportunity to explain several faculty leadership strategies to increase IKU and PK FH USU. Likewise, the Dean of FH UPN Veteran Jakarta and his staff also explained the achievement of IKU and PK FH UPN Veteran. The sharing session activities continued by sharing knowledge, experiences, and information about the topics discussed. The working visit was closed with the handover of souvenirs and group photos.
