The Constitutional Court (MK), the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR), and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), in collaboration with the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) in organizing the 3rd Constitutional and Anti-Corruption Festival, on May 14-15, 2018. The 3rd Constitutional and Anti-Corruption Festival in 2018 was held with a series of activities, starting with a panel discussion activity entrusted to the USU Faculty of Law on Monday, May 14, 2018. The parallel panel discussion activities were divided into 3 (three) themes according to the authority and function of the three institutions, namely the Panel Discussion with the theme "Pilkada Berintegritas," which took place in room 8 of the USU FH, presenting speakers Febri Diansyah, Dr. Marzuki Lubis, SH, M.Hum, Panel Discussion with the theme "Public Officials' Immunity Rights" held at the Moot Court building of the USU Law Faculty, presenting speakers Marthin Hutabarat, SH, MH, Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.SOS, M.SI, Dr. Faisal Akbar Nasution, SH, MH, Panel Discussion with the theme "Strengthening the System in the Judicial Power" held at room 9 of the USU Law Faculty, presenting speakers Prof. Dr. Maria Farida Indriati, SH, MH, Trimedya Panjaitan, SH, MH, and Abdul Rahman, SH, MH.
The peak of the 3rd Constitution and Anti-Corruption Festival in 2018 was marked by a Talk Show with the theme "Guarding Constitutional Democracy, Fighting Corruption, on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, held at the USU Auditorium building. The talk show hosted by Metro TV was attended by KPK Chairman Agus Rahardjo, MPR Review Board Chairman Bambang Sadono representing MPR Chairman Zulkifli Hasan, and USU Rector Prof. Dr. Runtung, SH, M.Hum. At this event, the four leaders signed the Anti-Corruption Declaration before state administrators, law enforcement officers, academics, and students.
