HUMAS FH USU: During the period from November to December 2025, the Doctor of Law Program, Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), once again graduated a number of Doctors of Law. The open doctoral promotion examinations held by the program took place at the Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) Room of FH USU and were officially opened by the Rector, represented by Vice Rector I, Prof. Dr. Edy Ikhsan, S.H., M.Hum. The event was also attended by the Dean of FH USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, S.H., M.Hum., along with the Head and Secretary of the Doctor of Law Program, Prof. Dr. Ningrum Natasya Sirait, S.H., M.Li., and Dr. Tengku Keizerina Devi Azwar, S.H., CN, M.Hum.
