The Department of State Administrative Law, Faculty of Law, USU, on October 12-13, 2017, held at the Moot Court Building, Faculty of Law, USU, held a Seminar on Adjusting the Employment Law/Labor Law Curriculum with the theme "Development of Employment Law Curriculum in Facing the Challenges of the Free Trade and Services Market." The seminar activity was also combined with the 2nd Conference of P3HKI/Association of Indonesian Labor Law Lecturers and Practitioners (Association of Indonesian Labor Law Lecturers and Practitioners - AIL3P) with the theme "Opportunities and Challenges of Employment Law in Encouraging Industry Based on the Pancasila Philosophy."
The P3HKI Seminar and Conference activities were opened by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M.Hum, accompanied by the Head of the Department of State Administrative Law, Dr. Agusmidah, SH., M.Hum. The seminar speakers included Professor of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Aloysius Uwiyono, SH., MH., Professor of the Faculty of Law, USU, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M.Hum. , Academician from the Faculty of Law, Muhammadiyah Surabaya, Dr. Asri Wijayanti, SH., MH, Employment Law Practitioner, Abdul Khakim, SH., MH., and Dr. Agusmidah, SH., M.Hum, who acted as the seminar moderator.
The 2nd P3HKI Conference involved some speakers from academics from various Universities and Indonesian Employment Law Practitioners. The conference was closed with a declaration of the management of the Association of Indonesian Employment Law Lecturers and Practitioners.
