The first session of the public discussion involved several speakers, namely Dr. Asri Wijayanti, SH., MH., Wahyu Ario Utomo, SE., M.Ec., Dr. Ida Susanti, SH., LL.M., CN, and the Head of the North Sumatra Provincial Manpower Office. The second session was filled with presentations from 20 Book Chapter authors.

Public Relations FH-USU: Monday (14/10/2019)

The Department of State Administrative Law, Faculty of Law, USU, in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Employment Law Teachers and Practitioners (P3HKI), held a national discussion and book review, “Initiating Fair Labor Law.” The activity, which took place at the Moot Court Building, was opened directly by the Dean of FH USU, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M.Hum.

 

The first session of the public discussion involved several speakers, namely Dr. Asri Wijayanti, SH., MH., Wahyu Ario Utomo, SE., M.Ec., Dr. Ida Susanti, SH., LL.M., CN, and the Head of the North Sumatra Provincial Manpower Office. Head of the Department of State Administrative Law, FH USU, Dr. Agusmidah, SH., M.Hum, who acted as the committee chairman, said that this activity would produce several inputs in the form of studies and views from legal experts, economic experts, and the labor office to the government as a policy maker in the field of employment, and produce a book of collected writings from writers throughout Indonesia, as well as provide input in improving the Labor Law curriculum.
