Located in the Faculty Advisory Council Room (DPF) of the USU Faculty of Law, the Department of Civil Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH-USU) held a Legal Seminar with the theme "Development of Contract Law in Theory and Practice." The Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M.Hum, opened this Legal Seminar. The organizing committee for this Legal Seminar was chaired directly by the Head of the USU FH-USU Civil Law Department, Dr. Rosnidar Sembiring, SH., M.Hum.
The speakers for the seminar consisted of a Professor of Civil Law, USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Tan Kamelo, SH., MS., Chief Justice of the Medan Court, and Dr. Marsudin Nainggolan, SH. MH. Acting as the seminar moderator, Dr. Dedi Harianto, SH., M.Hum. The participants of the seminar were lecturers and students.
