Public Relations of FH-USU: Friday (October 3, 2025) — The Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), Dr. Mahmul Siregar, S.H., M.Hum., paid a visit to the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) “Veteran” Jakarta to deliver a guest lecture entitled “The Development of Investment Law in the Era of Globalization.” The event was attended by students, lecturers, and the academic community of FH UPN “Veteran” Jakarta.
During his lecture, Dr. Mahmul Siregar emphasized the importance of students’ understanding of both national and international investment regulations and how investment law plays a crucial role in addressing global challenges. Students actively engaged in the session through discussions and questions, showing great enthusiasm. The presence of the guest lecturer provided not only an academic experience but also valuable practical insights that enriched students’ knowledge.
The Dean of the Faculty of Law UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, Dr. Suherman, S.H., LL.M., expressed his appreciation for the visit of Dr. Mahmul Siregar. Following the guest lecture, a meeting was held at the Faculty of Law conference room, attended by Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Taupiqqurrahman, S.H., M.Kn.; Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation, Abdul Kholiq, S.H., M.H.; Head of the Business Law Study Program, Rianda Dirkareshza, S.H., M.H.; Head of the Master of Law Program, Dr. Atik Winanti, S.H., M.H.; and Staff Expert to the Dean of FH USU for Public Relations, Boy Laksamana, S.H., M.Hum.
