The Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) received a working visit from the Analyst Team of the Deputy for Legal Advocacy and Regulatory Supervision, Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP), at the Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) room of FH USU.

 

HUMAS FH-USU: Thursday (16/05/2024), the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) received a working visit from the Analyst Team of the Deputy for Legal Advocacy and Regulatory Supervision, Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP), at the Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) room of FH USU. Also attending the meeting were Vice Dean II, Pupsa Melati Hasibuan, SH, M.Hum and several lecturers of Constitutional Law and State Administration Law of FH USU.

 

The Deputy Analyst Team for Legal Advocacy and Regulatory Supervision of BPIP who attended the working visit meeting were Jackson Simamora, S.H., M.Si (Associate Expert Legal Analyst), Hotrun Siregar, S.Sos., M.Si (Associate Expert Policy Analyst), Sahroni L Rajagukguk S.H (Legislation Analyst), Phillipus Jans M S.H (Legislation Analyst), and Maria Hari Sapta Wulandari (Socialisation Analyst).


This working visit is in connection with the implementation of the functions of the Deputy for Legal Advocacy and Regulatory Supervision, BPIP, which is related to the preparation of recommendations based on the results of supervision and study of State Higher Institutions, Ministries / Institutions and Regional Governments regarding policies or regulations that conflict with the values of Pancasila.
