The Faculty of Law of Universitas Dharmawangsa (FH UNDHAR) and the Faculty of Law of Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) collaborated in conducting a Curriculum Redesign Workshop themed “Development of Higher Education Law Curriculum: Curriculum Transformation Towards Sustainable Quality Standards,” held at the FH UNDHAR Building, Medan.

FH-USU PR: Thursday (26/02/2026), the Faculty of Law of Universitas Dharmawangsa (FH UNDHAR) and the Faculty of Law of Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) collaborated in conducting a Curriculum Redesign Workshop themed “Development of Higher Education Law Curriculum: Curriculum Transformation Towards Sustainable Quality Standards,” held at the FH UNDHAR Building, Medan.

 

This activity is part of the implementation agreement of the cooperation that had previously been signed by both parties. The Dean of FH USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, S.H., M.Hum, served as the resource person in this training activity. Also present were the Dean of FH UNDHAR, Dr. Azmiati Zuliah, S.H., M.Hum, along with the management of the Undergraduate Study Program in Law at FH UNDHAR.

 

The scope of this activity covers all stages of reviewing, formulating, and refining the curriculum to align with developments in legal science, labor market needs, higher education policies, as well as national and international standards.

 

This training is expected to produce the latest FH UNDHAR curriculum structure document that is relevant and adaptive. Through this training, it is also expected to enhance the relevance of the curriculum to labor market needs, where graduates possess legal competencies aligned with professional demands and societal developments, and to contribute to improving the quality of graduates as well as strengthening national and international accreditation standards.
