The series of webinars held by the Legal Consultation and Aid Institute (LKBH) of the USU Faculty of Law for three consecutive weeks closed with a Legal Audit Preparation Training Webinar on Saturday (11/20/2021). The training activity, which was carried out online, presented speakers Michael Timothy, SH., MH, Lawyer at Ginting and Reksodiputri (In Association with Allen and Overy) and Nirmala Many, SH., M.C.L, Managing Partner of NMP Jakarta, Faculty Member Business Law, BINUS University.
The webinar activity was opened by the Chairperson of the Legal Consultation and Aid Institute (LKBH) of the USU Faculty of Law, guided by Ivana Novrinda Rambe, SH., MH, Lecturer at the USU Faculty of Law who acted as the webinar moderator. The training participants consisted of USU Faculty of Law students from various levels of education (S1, S2, and S3). The enthusiasm of the training participants was very high in participating in the training series, which was proven by the number of participants, around 200.
Accountants, technicians, and law graduates carry out company audits through legal due diligence. Training activities also include techniques for conducting reasonable and correct legal due diligence. The speakers presented the training materials very clearly and in a structured manner, so participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the series of training activities.
