Public Relations-FHUSU (26/02/2023) BTM Aladdinsyah, S.H. held a social service which is one of the leading work programs of his division, namely the public relations division. The social service was carried out with the aim of implementing one of the tri dharma of higher education, namely community service. This social service carries the theme “Strengthening hablum minannas as a bridge to achieve the pleasure of Allah SWT”. It was held in Kutarayat Village, Naman Teran District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province. On February 25-26, 2023.
This activity was attended by students of the Faculty of Law, University of North Sumatra, consisting of organizers and volunteers totaling 70 students. The series of activities were divided into 2 stages, on the first day Saturday, February 25, 2023, starting with the opening which was held at the village hall and attended by several village officials and the Chairman of the BKM Masjid Al-Ikhlas. On this first day, Aladdinsyah Teaching was also held at SD Negeri No. 047174 with national insight material which was attended by 5th and 6th grade students.
And continued with the Sholeh children's festival with 50 children participating. This event consisted of adhan competitions, congregational prayer practice competitions, and Muslim and Muslimah fashion show competitions.
On the second day, Sunday, February 26, 2023, there was a mass circumcision agenda in collaboration with the Medical Assistance Team of the Faculty of Medicine, University of North Sumatra. The mass circumcision participants amounted to 29 children. And in the next series of events the Medical Assistance Team of the Faculty of Medicine, University of North Sumatra also conducted free health checks for local residents of Kutarayat Village. The next series is legal counseling to local residents.
This social service event was closed with an agenda of handing over certificates to the Medical Assistance Team of the Faculty of Medicine, University of North Sumatra by BTM Aladdinsyah, S.H. Faculty of Law, University of North Sumatra and handing over prizes to the winners of the Sholeh Children's Festival competition. And the last agenda, namely the distribution of basic necessities coupled with the distribution of decent clothes to residents in need.
