Public Relations FH-USU: Saturday (18/02/2023), Towards the peak of the celebration commemorating the 69th Anniversary of the Faculty of Law USU, the Anniversary Committee enlivened the commemoration by holding the launch of the International Class and Podcast room as well as Fun Walk activities, Blood Donation, Health Checks, Games and Competitions, such as stand up comedy, creative video competitions, archery exhibitions, table tennis matches, happy troupes, and chess.
The activity began with a fun walk around the campus of the University of North Sumatra with the big family of the academic community and alumni and partners of the Faculty of Law USU. The starting point began at 06.30 WIB from the courtyard of the main building of the Faculty of Law USU. The Rector of USU, Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos, M.Si, Vice Rector I, Dr. Edy Ikhsan, SH, MA also participated in the leisurely walk accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Law USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH, M.Hum, Vice Dean I, Dr. Agusmidah, SH, M.Hum, Vice Dean III, Dr. Mohammad Ekaputra, SH, M.Hum, as well as the Chairperson and Secretary of the Faculty of Law USU. After arriving at the finish line, the alumni and all other casual walk participants enjoyed breakfast together while staying in touch, chatting, and reminiscing about being together at their alma mater.
On the same day, representatives of the Faculty of Law USU alumni in 1992 who were led by Hasrul Benny Harahap, SH, M.Hum as well as the Chair of the USU Faculty of Law Alumni Association (IKA) symbolically handed over the key to the International Class room and the key to the Podcast room to the USU Chancellor, then the USU Chancellor symbolically handed over to the Dean of the Faculty of Law USU. This contribution in the form of an International Class room from the Faculty of Law USU Alumni in 1992 is a pilot international class which in the future will also be developed in other classrooms at the Faculty of Law USU.
The activities carried out on this weekend day continued until the afternoon, with various competitions and games that were participated in by the entire extended family of the academic community and alumni and partners of the Faculty of Law USU.
