Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH., M.Hum, born in Tanjungbalai – Asahan on February 20, 1973, is the Dean of Faculty of Law at Universitas Sumatera Utara. He completed all of his higher education in the field of Law Studies at Universitas Sumatera Utara, earning his Bachelor's degree in 1997, Master's degree in 2001, and Doctoral degree in 2005, with a focus on Investment Law and International Trade. In addition to serving as Dean, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH., M.Hum is also an active lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Universitas Sumatera Utara. With a high level of dedication, he has made significant contributions to education, providing inspiring guidance to students, and continues to develop research in the field of law. His commitment to advancing the quality of education at the Faculty of Law and mentoring the next generation is highly valued by the academic community.
