Description

The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), in collaboration with Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), organized a Walk-In Interview recruitment program dedicated to its alumni. This event was held on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 09.00 WIB, at the Faculty of Law Auditorium, Universitas Sumatera Utara.

This initiative provided alumni with an opportunity to participate in the BRILiaN Internship Program (Frontliner/Teller), a professional pathway designed to enhance graduates’ skills and prepare them for careers in the banking industry.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Age between 20–24 years (not yet reaching 25 during the qualification process)
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field of study
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75
  • Attractive appearance
  • Minimum height: 165 cm for men and 160 cm for women

Through this collaboration, USU and BRI aim to create career pathways for graduates while also strengthening university–industry partnerships. The program reflects USU’s commitment to expanding opportunities for its alumni and supporting national development through education and workforce readiness.
