The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), participated in the 3rd UiTM International Conference on Law and Society (UiTM i-CLas 2023) organized by the Faculty of Law, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. The conference was held virtually on 4–5 July 2023 under the theme: “Legal Reform as Pillars to the Sustainable Development Goals.”

This international forum served as a platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to exchange knowledge, strengthen networking, and promote interdisciplinary collaborations in addressing pressing legal and societal issues.

Key Objectives of the Conference:

  • Provide a networking platform for researchers and practitioners.
  • Promote interdisciplinary collaborations in law and related fields.
  • Enable the sharing of theoretical, doctrinal, and empirical perspectives.
