With due respect, in accordance with the Rector’s Decree of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number: 2769/UN.1.R/SK/PK.00/2025 concerning the Academic Calendar of Universitas Sumatera Utara for Academic Year 2025/2026, we hereby inform you of the Lecture Schedule for the Odd Semester Academic Year 2025/2026 as follows:

 

  1. Lecture and Practicum Period for Odd Semester:
    August 18 to October 3, 202
    October 20 to December 5, 2025
  2. Mid-Semester Examination (UTS), October 6 to October 17, 2025.
  3. Final Semester Examination (UAS), December 8 to December 19, 2025
  4. We kindly request your assistance in verifying the accuracy of student names listed in the attendance sheet with the actual student attendance. Any students whose names are not listed should be reported by the course lecturer to the academic division for adjustment with class allocation.

  5. Lectures will be conducted offline (face-to-face).
