KRS Administration for Undergraduate Study Program Students (S1) FH USU

ANNOUNCEMENT

Number: 273/UN5.2.2.14/PK.03.02/2025

 

The administration of the Study Plan Card (KRS) for Undergraduate (S1) Law Program students at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara, will be carried out according to the following schedule:

January 21 - February 8, 2025

2.

Online KRS completion and approval

January 21 - February 8, 2025

3.

PKRS (KRS revision) and online approval

February 17 - February 21, 2025 

4.

Printed KRS signing by Academic Advisor

January 22 - February 28, 2025

5.

Collection of the original KRS at Academic Office

February 24 - March 14, 2025

6.

Original KRS signing by Academic Advisor

February 24 - March 14, 2025

7.

Original KRS signing by Head of Study Program (Kaprodi)

March 17 - March 19, 2025

 

Notes:

 

  1. Academic Advisors are expected to arrange and announce their consultation schedule to each student.
  2. Printed KRS is the version printed by the student from Satu USU after being approved by the Academic Advisor.
  3. Printed KRS should only be printed in one copy using white HVS paper.
  4. The printed KRS signed by the Academic Advisor must be submitted to the Academic Office to obtain the original KRS.
  5. The original KRS is the version printed by the program operator from Satu USU.
  6. Signing of the original KRS by the Head of Study Program (Kaprodi) will be coordinated through the person in charge of each student batch.
  7. KRS administration outside the designated schedule will not be served.
