Implementation of Online Classes in Relation to the 2024 General Election

In accordance with the General Election Commission Regulation Number 3 of 2022 concerning the Stages and Schedule of the 2024 General Election, which stipulates that the voting day will be held on February 14, 2024, we hereby inform you of the following:

To facilitate students in exercising their voting rights, Faculty Deans and the Director of the Postgraduate School are requested to implement online classes during the period of February 12–16, 2024. This measure aims to provide sufficient opportunity for students to participate in the election in their respective domiciles.

This circular letter is issued to be observed and implemented accordingly. We sincerely thank you for your kind attention and cooperation.
