Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH.,M.Hum, born in Tanjungbalai - Asahan, February 20, 1973. Dr. Mahmul Siregar is a lecturer in International Law, Faculty of Law, University of North Sumatra. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (1997), S2 Law from the Faculty of Law, University of North Sumatra (2001), and Doctorate from the Faculty of Law, University of North Sumatra (2005). He is the Secretary of the Master of Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, USU (2017 - 2021) and a Legal Adviser (Consultant) in the Field of Business Law at PT. Nusantara Plantation III (Pesero) period (2005-2021).

Dr. Agusmidah, SH., M.Hum, Born in Sei Semayang, Deli Serdang Regency, August 16, 1976. Obtained a Bachelor's Degree (1992), S2 In Law (2001), and S3 Postgraduate Program (2007) at the University of North Sumatra. He is the Chairman of the Indonesian Association of Teachers and Practitioners of Labor Law (P3HKI) period (2021-2024) and Chairman of the Department of Law Adm. Negara Faculty of Law USU (2017-2021)
Puspa Melati Hasibuan, SH.,M.Hum

Puspa Melati Hasibuan, SH., M.Hum, was born in Tebing Tinggi, January 28, 1968. Obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree (1991) and S2 in Law from the Faculty of Law of USU University of North Sumatra (2002). He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the University of North Sumatra for the period 2020-2025 and is assigned as Secretary of Commission I for University Management and Governance
